Cancel contracts here
Cancel Kiebitz Plus here — without signing in and without an account. Kiebitz Free is free of charge and needs no cancellation.
- Cancellation button: the link “Cancel contracts here” sits on the Kiebitz Plus page, which the footer of every page links to. You have already followed it.
- Confirmation page: fill in the details and submit with “cancel now”. You then see the request number and the time of receipt.

What happens next is described in section 7 of the terms: Kiebitz Plus stays active until the end of the period already paid for and then falls back to Kiebitz Free. Your local data stays unchanged.
